Agreement Overview
By engaging Adelivia Cleaning Services for cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Services Provided: Adelivia Cleaning Services ("the Company") provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across NorthWest Manchester, within approximately 10 miles of Walkden.
1.2 Service Area: Our services are available in Walkden, Farnworth, Little Hulton, Worsley, Swinton, Monton, Eccles, Bolton, Tyldesley, Hindley, Atherton, Leigh, Little Lever, Radcliffe, Prestwich and nearby areas.
1.3 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions and requirements.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
2.3 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may incur charges.
3. Access and Security
3.1 Property Access: The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed service times.
3.2 Key Security: If keys are provided, they will be handled with care and returned promptly. The Company is not liable for lost keys unless due to gross negligence.
3.3 Security Systems: Clients must provide clear instructions for any alarm systems or security measures.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1 Insurance Coverage: Adelivia Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance.
4.2 Property Damage: We take care to protect your property. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and resolved through our insurance where applicable.
4.3 Valuable Items: The Company is not responsible for damage to valuable or fragile items unless specifically highlighted and agreed upon beforehand.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Safe Working Environment: Clients must ensure the property is safe for cleaning staff to work in.
5.2 Hazardous Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff.
5.3 Pets: Please inform us of any pets on the premises. Pet safety and containment is the client's responsibility.
6. Staff and Quality
6.1 Trained Staff: All cleaning staff are DBS-checked, trained, and supervised.
6.2 Quality Standards: We follow agreed cleaning checklists and welcome feedback to maintain high standards.
6.3 Staff Conduct: Our staff are professional and respectful. Any concerns should be reported immediately.
7. Environmental and Products
7.1 Eco-Friendly Products: We use eco-friendly, pet- and child-safe cleaning products as standard.
7.2 Product Allergies: Please inform us of any specific allergies or product preferences before service begins.
7.3 Equipment: We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed.
8. Complaints and Resolution
8.1 Quality Issues: If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any issues.
8.2 Resolution Process: We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Where necessary, we may return to re-clean areas at no additional charge.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
9.2 Communication: We may contact you regarding your booking, feedback, or service updates using the contact details provided.
10. General Terms
10.1 Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Adelivia Cleaning Services.
10.3 Changes: These terms may be updated from time to time. Current terms will always be available on our website.
